Citrix Application Server

Overview

CCI offers the ability to launch most of the usual Novell applications from most any computer, both on and off campus. This functionality is accomplished through the use of a Citrix application server.

Some of the highlights of this setup are as follows:

• Network drives are mapped. This will allow you to save directly to your H: drive, for instance.
• Local drives are also mapped, allowing you to save to your C: drive as normal.
• Local printers are mapped, allowing printing to any devices connected to the local computer being used.
• Preserves the look and feel of running the software as if it were installed on the local computer being used.

Connection Instructions

To log in from anywhere on campus, go to the following link and use your usual Novell name and password combination:
