During the 2005-2006 academic year the MS Information Technology Program underwent a comprehensive review and subsequent revisions. Students newly admitted for the Fall 2006 (and thereafter) are subject to the new program requirements. Students enrolled prior to the Fall 2006 semester are subject to the previous program requirements. Students under the previous program may elect to migrate to the new program by filling out, signing, and submitting this form to the Software and Information Systems Department Office.
